INTRONAUT offers free shipping to the continental USA on all orders over $135. All orders are processed with intention and care so please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed for shipping.

Each order will be treated separately to ensure the most efficient courier at the best cost.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm PST ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your order, return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made, and only returns with the original tags will be accepted. If possible, reuse the original packaging to send them back to reduce packaging waste.

How to request a return:

• Go to the order section on your account and indicate which items you’d like to return.
• We’ll send you a shipping label which you can print to send your items back.

Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds and in-store credit.


What if my items arrive damaged?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed. Please email with your order number to inquire about your order status.

What happens if I take the tags off or wash the item? Can I still return?
At this time, we can only accept unworn, unwashed items with the original tags still in place.

How should I care for my INTRONAUT garments?
Handwash your garments in cold water with mild detergent and dry the garment by laying it flat on a clean surface. When you take care of them, they can take care of you.
